Digipak

For the inside covers of my digipak i wanted a nature theme, this is to compliment the band name 'Blank Canvas' as stereotypically nature is seen as natural or 'blank'. On the first inside cover there is a flower which i took when we were out taking the other pictures. I used a desaturation tool to loose some of the pink so as to compliment my other pictures. On top of this are credits to everyone hypothetically involved as well as the band members. At the bottom is a thank you message for all the people who helped on the album and the record label itself. I felt it was important to include these because an album is such a big undertaking that there are always people needed to thank. The three inside covers are the three band members, with the singer in the middle. I wanted to show a natural side of all three. By having them look into the camera they identify with the audience, which is a useful tool for popularity.
As a whole the album looks as though its more of an indie album however included some rock themes including the denim skirt and jackets. This shows a different side of the band who were more rock based in the music video, i wanted to show the audience they can both be indie and rock and the sub-genre indie rock suggests.
